Emily The body achieves what the mind believes.


Fitness has always been a way for Emily to de-stress and re-energize. She first began instructing various fitness classes in college and found her love for the way music brings people together and pushes them to limits beyond expectations. She uses mental motivation and solid beats to fuel her workouts and brings that winning combination to each of her rides. Emily pushes each of her riders to tap into their unknown strength by breaking down mental barriers, leaving distractions at the door, and finishing her class feeling empowered and strong.
