Nutrition and fitness have always been an important part of life for Jill. She has worked as a Registered Dietitian and group fitness instructor since college, and she enjoys helping people develop healthy lifestyles. Jill enjoys cross training and outdoor cycling, and competes in races and triathlons in the area. She decided to teach indoor cycling after participating in cycling classes and falling in love with the intensity and fun of the workout. Her philosophy is to make her indoor cycling classes challenging and to motivate riders to achieve their highest potential while having a blast. She can’t wait to meet you in class!
